Flower City Habitat for Humanity

Event to Support Flower City Habitat for Humanity

People in our community, and all over the world, partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.

No matter how you describe it, having a place to call home is a beautiful thing. By the night of our Gala, Flower City Habitat for Humanity, in partnership with our homebuyer families, donors and volunteers, will have built 243 houses. We’re proud to be providing strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter to low-income members of our community, and our annual gala is a chance to both celebrate our success and inspire more positive change.

Please join us on Friday, June 26th, 2020 (NEW DATE) at the Arbor at the Port, located at the Charlotte Pier in Rochester, for Flower City Habitat for Humanity’s 19th Annual Gala: Framing for the Future!

Arbor at the Port is a beautiful venue and we will all be wearing cocktail attire for this year’s gala, so as to add a touch of elegance to this celebration. The Rochester community will come together to taste great food and drinks donated by local caterers and beverage establishments, participate in live and silent auctions, along with our Wine Pull, and bring awareness to how Flower City Habitat for Humanity impacts lives through decent, affordable housing in the City of Rochester.
