In line with our vision of “a world where everyone has a decent place to live"; and in partnership with UR's Simon Business School and Habitat Young Professionals; Flower City Habitat is joining Habitat affiliates from around the world to support the “Habitat Hammers Back” hurricane recovery initiative.

Locally, we have set an initial fundraising goal of $2,000 to support our neighbors in need and our extended Habitat Family. Collectively with other Habitat affiliates and supporters; Habitat for Humanity will build or repair 2,000 homes in each of Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico (6,000 total).

Please donate or create a team page to support this fundraiser and help Habitat Hammer Back!

People in our community, and all over the world, partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.
