The Fundraising Page of Michelle Kaupp
A Message From Michelle Kaupp
I’m excited to once again participate in and raise money for Rochester’s Flower City Habitat for Humanity!! I will be rejoining the Hammer Time team which is part of the Women’s Build group to help build one of several houses being built in the city this summer. I hope you will join me in donating your time and/or money to this worthy project. This program helps our community by improve neighborhoods and giving families an opportunity to own their own homes through sweat equity and low interest loans. Please donate through my link or go to Flower City Habitat for Humanity to volunteer.
About This Campaign
You can still donate here (or get a head start on your 2021 team page here)! All future donations will go to the 2021 house and your team's 2021 goal. We'll have much more details when we officially launch the 2021 campaign in the coming weeks!
2020 coffee, pie, and mask sale NET proceeds of $2,310 have been added. A huge success! You won't see these show up as an individual donation on your team page, but they have been added to your team thermometers as follows:
First American: $75
Ladies of Danforth: $52 (did not have a fundraising page, so attributed to All The Single Ladies)
M&N Tough as Nails: $325
The CarpentHers: $73
No Team (attributed to All The Single Ladies): $652
In addition to the incredible fundraising efforts of Women Build volunteers during a tough year, we also received a generous bequest from Ms. Mary Ladowsky.
Ms. Mary Ladowsky wished to provide funding that would directly support, and lift up, women in need. She also valued the principle behind Habitat for Humanity’s philosophy of “a hand up, not a hand-out.” Designating a portion of her generous bequest to the 2020 Women Build house sponsorship is a wonderful way for our ministry to strategically align with the spirit of Mary Ladowsky’s life and legacy.
We'll be sharing additional end of 2020 information by email and officially announcing the 2021 campaign in a few weeks! Thank you Women Build and stay tuned!
