There is an urgent need for affordable housing within our community -- 42% of City of Rochester residents are severely cost-burdened by paying more than 30% of their income for housing. Flower City Habitat provides hard-working families with an opportunity to work toward ownership of a safe, affordable home that allows them to create better financial, health and educational outcomes for their families. We have just completed our 250th home built or renovated in the past 38 years. Help us to achieve our goal of 500 homes in the future!
